Allegra Ministries

Allegra Ministries traces its roots to 2001, when Dr. Elaine Saville began serving in a local church and dedicated her gifts of teaching and counseling to full-time ministry. Over the years, her ministry expanded to include pastoral leadership, founding a Bible college, teaching, counseling, retreats, and several short-term mission trips. These experiences deepened her passion for equipping people, serving across cultures, and helping others encounter God’s grace in practical and life-changing ways.

In 2012 Pastor Elaine felt led of the Lord to make pastoral care, spiritual direction, classes, and training available to people beyond a single church congregation and Allegra Ministries was established. During those formative years, Pastor Linda, Pastor Laura, and Pastor Andrew served alongside Elaine in various ministry roles, helping extend Allegra’s reach both nationally and internationally.

Allegra International Fellowship was founded in 2017 and continues as a local expression of Allegra’s heart for spiritual growth, prayer, community, and life in God’s presence.

In recent years, Elaine’s ministry has centered primarily on pastoral counseling and spiritual direction, online teaching, leadership of Allegra International Fellowship, consulting, mentoring, and writing. She is now also returning to a greater emphasis on speaking, retreats, and international ministry, with invitations already extended in Asia.

At the heart of both ministries is the passion to:

Help people gain a greater revelation of God and His nature
Inspire intimate “God encounters”
Share God’s love in tangible ways that facilitate healing, transformation and empowerment.

Allegra also partners with ministries who share a heart for unity in the body of Christ and are passionately working to see “on earth as it is in heaven” realized in this generation.

Mission

Allegra Ministries exists to help people live the Great Commandment, participate in the Great Commission, cultivate Kingdom culture, and equip others to live and minister from their God-given identity, calling, and relationship with Him.

Our Vision

Living the Great Commandment: Matthew 22:35–40; Ephesians 4:1–3

We desire to live in intimate relationship with God and to grow in wholeness, transformation, and empowerment through His grace. As we become increasingly secure in our identity in Christ, we seek to love God deeply and extend His love to others with authenticity, humility, and compassion.

Participating in the Great Commission: Mark 16:15–18

Jesus drew people through extraordinary love, life-changing truth, and the power of God at work through Him. We seek to follow His example by sharing the Gospel, teaching biblical truth through the wisdom of the Holy Spirit, and ministering in ways that reveal God’s love, grace, healing, and transforming power.

Cultivating Kingdom Culture: Matthew 6:9–10; Colossians 1:13

We desire to see the values of God’s Kingdom expressed in individuals, families, churches, communities, and nations. Through relationships, teaching, ministry, and partnership with others, we seek to encourage lives and cultures increasingly shaped by the character, purposes, and love of God.

Equipping and Activating Servant Leaders: Ephesians 4:11–13

We are committed to encouraging, equipping, and activating servant leaders to minister locally and internationally. We honor each person’s unique temperament, gifting, and calling while helping them grow in spiritual maturity, confidence, and responsiveness to the Holy Spirit.

Allegra International Fellowship is one expression of the broader mission of Allegra Ministries. The fellowship provides opportunities for Christian community, worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and spiritual growth, with an emphasis on intimacy with God, identity in Christ, and living from His grace.
