Refund and Cancellation Policy

For videos and other products purchased from our website, if you have difficulty downloading the content or encounter other issues, please contact our team. We would be happy to help you resolve the issues, email you a replacement product, or refund your purchase. 

 

For pastoral counseling, with the exception of an emergency, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged ½ the rate of the normally scheduled session. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill a scheduled session, we will contact you to work out a reschedule. If an alternate time or day is not possible, and you have already paid for the session, we will refund the payment in full.
